Returning to the nest
Or good old G-Roth….
Travelled home for the summer with WeeMissMills to find more wols in my place of residence, Mama Wol and Squishy were waiting for my triumphant return.
I have also acquired a student in the form of a rather small barn wol, gifted to moi by GG, a strange human from Beyond Inverness (they are strange creatures there)
So far my teachings have been limited by the appalling Fife weather, so i have only imparted my knowledge on how to survive thunderstorms. I dare not take Junior out for flying lessons until such downpours can be predicted efficiently, i suspect he is not very skilled in flying in sideways rain.
I have also been reunited with my dear furry friend Mr Eric who often rests on the bed near my perch. I like him as he is clearly an intellectual and we have many clever conversations. He says he puts on his ‘stupid’ act when any humans are in the room, to protect their opinions (and the view that they are superior)
It feels good to be home.
